Public Information Officer Debra Johnson told local St. Johns County reporters with Historic City News that a 10 year-old child was removed from a Palm Coast home Friday afternoon after four adults were arrested by Flagler County Sheriff’s deputies.
Deputies described the home as being filthy and that there was insufficient food for a child. They additionally reported finding rotting food in the cabinets and refrigerator. The Department of Children and Families took custody of the 10-year-old child.
Deputies served a warrant on Thomas Ksiezopolski at his home at 20 Rockne Lane around 3:15 p.m.
The home, according to the report, had been under narcotics surveillance.
When deputies entered the home, they found hypodermic needles, syringes, cocaine, and prescription drugs throughout the house.
All four adults were transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.
Deputies charged Ksiezopolski, 35, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of cocaine, five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a legend drug without a prescription and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He posted $5,250 bond on the charges and was released.
Nina Holley, 27, was charged with possession of a legend drug without a prescription, four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was being held Tuesday in lieu of $3,000 bond.
Kevin Langford, 36, was charged with child neglect and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting $1,000 bond.
Lisa Creamer, 39, was charged with child neglect. She was being held Tuesday on $500 bond.
“It is tragic that a 10-year-old child had to endure this kind of living condition. No child should be subjected to this type of neglect,” said Sheriff Donald W. Fleming.
