The St. Augustine Tea Party has announced to Historic City News that District 20 State Representative Bill Proctor will be a guest speaker at their regular meeting next Monday.
“The meeting is being held on Monday, May 23rd, instead of Tuesday,” Patti Henderson told Historic City News. “The Lincoln-Reagan Dinner at World Golf Village was already scheduled for that night.”
The public is invited to attend the Tea Party meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Inn on Ponce de Leon Boulevard and hear Representative Proctor talk about what is happening in the legislative sessions in Tallahassee.
Proctor, who has reached his term limit, announced Monday night at the Young Republican’s meeting that he will be endorsing Mike Davis to succeed him in District 20.
