Road repairs and maintenance planned

Laurie Sanderson reported the following St. Johns County locations to Historic City News where the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork that is expected to have an impact on driving, beginning tomorrow morning and continuing through July 22nd.

County Road 13 at Sixteen Mile Creek:
No lane closures are scheduled at this time; however the traffic shift remains in place and the speed limit has been reduced to 40 mph.

State Road 207 from the Ensslin National Guard Armory to I-95:
Southbound daytime lane closures Monday, July 18 through Wednesday, July 20 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for median repairs.

State Road 207 from the Putnam County line to US 1:
Daytime lane closures while inmate crews repaint the roadway markings.

State Road 312 from Tingle Road:
Westbound to the Florida East Coast Railroad overpass daytime lane closures Monday, July 18 and Tuesday, July 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for shoulder repair.

State Road A1A from King Street:
Daytime lane closures on State Road 5A to County Road 203 while inmate crews repaint the roadway markings.

State Road A1A from the St. Johns-Flagler County line:
Possible daytime lane closures to Summer Haven Sea Wall may occur for delivery of equipment and materials.

State Road A1A Summer Haven Bridges:
Lane closure just north of Marineland with flaggers directing traffic at the north bridge Friday, July 22 from 2 a.m. to noon while crews pour the concrete deck. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and leaving the worksite.

State Road A1A South from Dondaville Road:
Northbound daytime lane closures to Versaggi Drive Monday, July 18 through Thursday, July 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for utility work.

US 1 from Saragossa Street to King Street:
Southbound nighttime lane closure Thursday, July 21 from 7:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. while crews install a temporary barrier wall along the shoulder.
