Historic City News received notice that the City of St. Augustine will hold a public information meeting relating to the sea wall project that will convene on Thursday, October 20th.
Attending will be representatives from the city’s Public Works Department, possibly one or more members of the City Commission, and representatives from Taylor Engineering; the consultants for the sea wall project.
After a brief presentation, Taylor Engineering and City staff will be available for questions from the audience.
The presentation will include diagrams and renderings of the project, details of the scope of work, and construction schedule.
Additional information regarding the project, including the presentation made to the city commission regarding the project and before-and-after renderings, are available on the City of St. Augustine’s web site, www.staugustinegovernment.com.
If you are planning to attend — the meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, October 20th and will be held in the Alcazar Room; on the first floor of City Hall, located at 75 King Street in St. Augustine..
