Public Information Officer Debra Johnson told Historic City News reporters that the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office is partnering with the Flagler County Library to present a program on cyber-bullying in the Library’s Garden Room on Saturday, April 16th at 1:30 p.m.
Flagler Palm Coast High School’s School Resource Deputy Calvin Grant will present the 30-minute program that will include a question and answer session.
School students, parents and guardians are invited to attend.
“This is an important topic in today’s ever-growing use of the Internet and social networking sites,” said Flagler County Sheriff Donald W. Fleming.
Free copies of “ComputerCop”, a computer program that allows parents to keep track of where their children are going on the internet, will be provided courtesy of Sheriff Fleming.
