Shoar to address St Augustine Tea Party

Patti Henderson reported to Historic City News that the St. Augustine Tea Party will hold its regular meeting tomorrow, Tuesday, April 26th at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Inn in St. Augustine on Ponce de Leon Boulevard.

The guest speaker will be St. Johns County Sheriff David B. Shoar.

The St. Augustine Tea Party is a citizens group that meets each second and fourth Tuesday. The Tea Party organization supports lower taxes and spending and the salvation of the free enterprise system in our country.

Eric West, the chairman of the local group, told Historic City News, “We welcome like minded patriots looking to reassert their values into the government of the United States.”

The citizen group says their values are based on:

-Constitutional Government
-Limited Government
-Fiscal Responsibility
