Molly Ebersold sent word to local Historic City News reporters that the St. Augustine Alligator Farm and Zoological Park is opening its newest exhibit — an animated group of red ruffed lemurs.
The Alligator Farm will offer a sneak peek at the new lemurs for Zoo members and Facebook friends on Thursday, March 10th at three different times: 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Red ruffed lemurs are natives of Madagascar and are known for their highly-vocal antics and their wild leaps through the highest branches of the trees in their habitat.
Zoo members and Facebook friends may email zoosales@alligatorfarm.com to schedule a time to meet the lemurs on March 10th.
