Thwart identity thieves at free shred event

Tracy Spencer informed local business reporters at Historic City News that AAA Insurance is planning to host a free community shred event on Tuesday, February 15th.

Identity theft is one of the fastest-growing crimes in the country, and AAA Insurance says the single most effective method of eliminating identity theft is to shred your sensitive documents.

Jacksonville based Shredding Source, part of one of the largest document management companies in the United States, is teaming up with AAA Insurance for this local event that is open to the public.

Bring accumulated documents that contain sensitive information to the AAA office parking lot located at 172 SR-312 in St. Augustine from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15th to have them securely destroyed.
