Historic City News readers in downtown St Augustine will want to attend Thursday, March 29th, when a public meeting regarding the Riberia Street improvement project has been scheduled, according to the City’s Public Affairs Director, Paul Williamson.
The meeting will offer information regarding the continuation of Pahse II of the Riberia Street reconstruction project which broke ground April 18, 2011, and will include the project’s schedule and detour routes.
“This informational meeting will be of particular interest to residents, businesses and property owners along Riberia Street; from King Street south to the Willie Galimore Center,” Williamson told reporters.
City of St Augustine representatives will also be on hand to answer questions and address concerns.
If you are planning to attend, the City has scheduled the meeting for 6:00 p.m. in the Alcazar Room, located in City Hall at 75 King Street in St Augustine.
