Amber Grafft-Weiss, Florida Public Archaeology Network Outreach Coordinator, has invited Historic City News readers in St Augustine to participate in several archaeology events upcoming at the end of August and beginning of September.
Now that kids are getting back to school and everybody’s back from vacation, register now to enjoy these great events.
The Florida Public Archaeology Network is dedicated to the protection of cultural resources, both on land and underwater, and to involving the public in the study of their past. Regional centers around Florida serve as clearinghouses for information, institutions for learning and training, and headquarters for public participation in archaeology.
