This morning, an Orange Park teenager was arrested and charged with thirty individual drug-related offenses by St Johns County Sheriff’s deputies, according to a report received by Historic City News today.
The 19-year-old man, Zackary Hunter Dellmire, who resides at 553 Claire Lane in Orange Park, was taken into custody and booked in the St Johns County Detention Facility at 5:39 a.m. this morning.
Dellmire remains in custody today in lieu of $8,600 bail; including a $5,800 bond to secure his appearance to answer 28-counts of first-degree misdemeanor use, or possession, of drug paraphernalia, $1,500 bond for 1-count of second-degree misdemeanor possession of drugs, not properly labeled to indicate that possession is by a valid prescription, and $1,500 bond for 1-count of third-degree felony constructive possession of a controlled substance, except as authorized by law.
