Conservative talk radio show personalities and hosts, Chuck and Colleen White, will be the guest speakers at the regular bi-monthly meeting of the Saint Augustine Tea Party on May 28th, at the Village Inn located at 900 North Ponce de Leon Boulevard in St Augustine, according to an announcement received by Historic City News today.
“It is bigger than Obama” is the theme of Tuesday’s presentation at the St Augustine Tea Party meeting. The radio personalities say that they will reveal the techniques that President Obama will use to shield himself from the scandals that now plague his administration.
“The Chuck and Colleen Show,” broadcast on WZNZ 1600AM in Jacksonville and heard locally on WFOY 1240 AM, has been reporting on the national scandal involving the illegal use of the Internal Revenue Service by the Obama administration.
Conservative organizations and tea party organizations are alleged to have been political targets — including actions such as withholding, or denying, appropriate non-profit, charitable status under chapter 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Service code to qualified conservative leaning charities. It is also alleged that certain agency employees badgered applicants with repeated requests for data that was not required to process their requests and subjected compliant, charities to unwarranted financial audits.
Chairman Lance Thate advised that the Tea Party meetings are open to members and guests, without charge, on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m.
