Please be advised that the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee will meet on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at 5 P.M. in the Small Conference Room at the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library located at 101 Library Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. Applicants are hereby advised that failure to appear may result in the delay or denial of their application.

This Agenda may contain both regular business items and specially advertised Public Hearing items. Business items are those that require approval or recommendation for approval or denial by the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee but may not require advertising in a newspaper or posting a sign on the property. Public Hearings are those items that require advertising in a newspaper and posting of a sign on the subject property. This agenda is subject to change at the discretion of the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee and further subject to proper notice requirements as may be required for individual agenda items.

1. Public Hearing to consider ARCCC 2013-14 Home Care Assistance. Request for illuminated wall sign: 28” X 102.2”=19.87 SQ FT, located at 2 Fairfield Blvd.

2. Public Hearing to consider ARCCC 2013-15 Verizon Wireless at Azalea Plaza. Request for Installation wall sign: 23.5” X 147”=24 SQ FT, located at 2 Fairfield Blvd.

3. Public Hearing to consider ARCCC 2013-16 Palm Valley Dentistry at Shoppes at Palm Valley. Request for installation on one (1) set of flush mounted white LED illuminated letters: 158” x 18”=19.75 SQ FT, located at 3701 Palm Valley Road, Suite 204 and 205.

Please be advised that the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee will meet on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at 5 P.M. in the Small Conference Room at the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library located at 101 Library Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Architectural Review Committee with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
