Historic City News has been updated with the agenda for the regularly scheduled public meeting of the St Johns County Planning and Zoning Agency on Thursday, January 10.
1. Public Hearing to consider SUPMAJ 2012-12, Republic C & D Landfill. (Continued from December 20, 2012 regular Planning and Zoning meeting) Request to allow for the continuation of a Special Use Permit to allow a construction and demolition debris landfill within an Open Rural (OR) zoning district pursuant to Land Development Code Section 2.03.11, location of property approx. 2 miles South of International Golf Parkway on the East side of St. Marks Pond Blvd.

2. Public Hearing to consider REZ 2012-08, Ponte Vedra Place. (Item is being reheard before the Planning and Zoning Agency application has been revised) Request to rezone approximately 8.91 acres from Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Residential General 1 (RG-1) to Open Rural (OR) with conditions for the intended use of a 75,512 +/- square foot assisted living facility on the north side of Solana Rd., just east of Belvedere Pl.

3. Public Hearing to consider MINMOD 2012-07, Bug Out 210. Request a minor modification to allow an additional 2,000 square feet of development rights to Phase IB, location of property County Road 210 West, west of Russell Sampson Way.

4. Public Hearing to consider PUD 2012-05, TRC West King St. Request to rezone 1.3 acres from RS-3 (Residential Single Family) for the development of 8,000 square feet of General Business and Commercial Uses, location of property North side of West King Street, east of Volusia Street, south of the railroad tracks.
