St Paul AME church reports community calendar

The 2013 Resurrection Revival will be held at St Paul AME Church beginning March 27th through March 29th. The ministering Pastor will be Dr. Hubert “Hurricane” Brown Jr. Psalms 85 verse 6 speaks of a revival for and in the people. Won’t you come be a part of the “stirring of the waters”. The church is located at 85 ML King Avenue and all are welcome. Reverend Ron Rawls is the Pastor.

Christian Men’s Ministry and St Paul AME present The Senior Citizen Appreciation Luncheon on March 30th from 11am to 2pm. This year’s luncheon is sponsored by Island Doctors and will be held at the Boys and Girls Club located at 555 West King Street. The 3rd Annual West Augustine Easter Parade will be held on March 31st beginning at 3:30 pm. The parade will begin at Railroad Avenue and continue to Collier Blocker Park. There will also be an Easter Egg hunt for the YOUTH at the conclusion of the parade. This year’s event is being sponsored by The Christian Men’s Ministry Inc. The next organizational meeting will be held on March 28th at 6pm at Collier Blocker Puryear Park for all interested participants.
