The US Navy’s Southeast Contemporary Entertainment Ensemble “Pride” kicks-off four consecutive days of “Music in the Gazebo” in the middle of Romanza Festivale, Chairman Albert Syeles reported to Historic City News today.
Pride is a high-energy unit with a repertoire of hits spanning 50 years. The ensemble remains on the cutting edge of today’s popular music scene by choosing a variety of selections each year from current Top 40 charts.
“Their incredible mix of pop, rhythm and blues, classic rock, modern rock, dance, Motown, soul, hip-hop, swing, country, and disco makes them a sure hit for diverse audiences and age groups,” Syeles told local news reporters.
All 4 Gazebo concerts, Monday through Thursday are FREE.
The Navy Band concert is Monday May 13, from 5:00 to 6:30 PM in the Plaza de la Constitucion.
Tuesday’s concert features the CRS Band and Luis Mario Peral’s Latin Jazz Band from 4:00 to 7:30 PM.
Wednesday features Andrea Marquis and FSDB’s OuttaSight Band from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
Thursday features the Ancient City Slickers and The Fermin Spanish Guitar Band from 4:00 to 7:00 PM
