Sale Seminar

The St. Johns County Tax Collector’s Office is sponsoring a Delinquent Tax Certificate Seminar to be held Wednesday May 7th, 2014 at 7:00 pm in the St. Johns County Auditorium at 500 San Sebastian View St. Augustine, Florida.

This seminar will explain the procedures for participating in the LIVE tax certificate sale. This seminar is very educational and is highly recommended for anyone who would like to participate in the sale. Tax collector staff will be available to answer your questions.

The Delinquent Tax Certificate Sale will commence on Wednesday May 28, 2014 at 8:00 am and will continue daily until all certificates are sold.

Parcel List: The listing of parcels offered will be distributed in The St. Augustine Record on May 6, 13, and 20, and can be viewed on our website or www.staugustine.com. For more information, please call: (904) 209-2250

Attention Property Owners Internet Payments will be suspended May 27, at 5:00 pm due to the 2014 Tax Certificate Sale.
