Laurie Sanderson reported the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations to Historic City News where the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork that is expected to have an impact on driving, beginning this morning and continuing through the coming week.
Downtown St. Augustine
Daytime lane closures from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Cordova Street and King Street adjacent to the Casa Monica hotel for painting the building. Also, daytime lane closures from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on King Street and St. George Street adjacent to the Lyon’s building for painting the building. Cathedral Place
Nighttime lane closures from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. from Charlotte Street to St. George Street for repairing the cathedral clock tower.
State Road 16
Daytime lane closures from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. from Lewis Speedway to Collins Avenue for edging and sweeping along the curb and sidewalk.
Daytime lane closures while crews repaint the roadway markings from the Clay County line to San Marco Avenue.
State Road 207
Daytime lane closures from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. from County Road 13 to Cowpen Branch Road for shoulder repairs.
State Road A1A
Daytime northbound lane closures from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Corona Road to Solana Road for cleaning ditches.
Daytime lane closures while crews repaint the roadway markings from the Duval County line to Mickler Road.
U.S. 1
Daytime lane closures while crews repaint the roadway markings from the Flagler County line to the Duval County line.
