Notice is hereby given that the St. Johns County Evaluation Review Meeting for the Health and Human Services Funding Availability RFP will meet Monday, September 29, 2014 at 9:30 a.m., in the Conference Room at the St. Johns County Health and Human Services Administration Building, 1955 US 1 South, St. Augustine, FL 32086 for the purpose of various staff ranking and of respondents to the request for proposal.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceeding, and for such purpose he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
