Join the editorial review board process for General Election

Historic City News is trying something new this year in our editorial review of candidates for elected office in the upcoming November 4 General Election.

Before our Board convenes to recommend candidates for endorsement in those contests, we are offering our readers the opportunity to make their own comments and recommendations.  Your remarks will be available to our Board before they decide who should receive our endorsement, and will be considered.

If you would like to participate in the process, email our office not later than Friday September 26th with your nominees for St Augustine, St Augustine Beach, and St Johns County candidates.  Include a brief paragraph explaining why you support your choice.  One vote per race, per reader, please.

Historic City News readers are better educated, more involved, registered voters who work and pay taxes, with larger circles of influence, and who are not afraid to speak their minds.
