Please be advised that the North Coastal Design Review Board will meet on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at 4 P.M in Conference Room 1 at the Permit Center located at 4040 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Applicants are hereby advised that failure to appear may result in the delay or denial of their application.

This Agenda may contain both regular business items and specially advertised Public Hearing items. Business items are those that require approval or recommendation for approval or denial by the North Coastal Design Review Board but may not require advertising in a newspaper or posting a sign
on the property. Public Hearings are those items that require advertising in a newspaper and posting of a sign on the subject property. This agenda is subject to change at the discretion of the North Coastal Design Review Board and further subject to proper notice requirements as may be required for individual agenda items.

1. Election of Chair and Vice-Chair for 2014.

2. Public Hearing to consider NCDRB 2013-04 Kangaroo #1279 Sign Cabinet. Request to replace existing monument sign cabinet-32 sq ft per face to use existing brick base. Add new Kangaroo decals at the entrance and around building fascia, sign decal’s are 47.28 square feet, located at 2919 Coastal Hwy.

   Please be advised that the North Coastal Design Review Board will meet on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 3 P.M. in Conference Room 1 at the Permit Center located at 4040 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine, FL 32084. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Design Review Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
