Please be advised that the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee will meet on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 5 P.M. in the FOL Room at the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library located at 101 Library Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. Applicants are hereby advised that failure to appear may result in the delay or denial of their application.

This Agenda may contain both regular business items and specially advertised Public Hearing items. Business items are those that require approval or recommendation for approval or denial by the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee but may not require advertising in a newspaper or posting a sign on the property. Public Hearings are those items that require advertising in a newspaper and posting of a sign on the subject property. This agenda is subject to change at the discretion of the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee and further subject to proper notice requirements as may be required for individual agenda items.

2. Public Hearing to consider ARCCC 2013-26 Painting with a Twist at Ponte Vedra Square. Request to install one set of flush mounted, LED illuminated letters ( 21″ x 88″ = 12.83 SQ FT), located at 268 Solana Rd.

3. Public Hearing to consider PNZVAR 2013-02 Palm Valley Dentistry at Palm Valley Shopping Center. Recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners on a request for a non-zoning variance to allow a second sign on the side elevation, located at 3791 Palm Valley Rd., Ste 204-205.

4. Public Hearing to consider MAJMOD 2013-13 Sawgrass Village/Players Club PUD. Recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners for certain waivers requested in conjunction with the redevelopment of a portion of the existing shopping center and office buildings as a mixed-use village center, located west of A1A.

Please be advised that the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee will meet on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 5 P.M. in the FOL Room at the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library located at 101 Library Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Architectural Review Committee with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
