Adam Shockey, President and CEO of Tour Saint Augustine Inc, and his friend, Elaine Fraser, Owner, Marketing and Public Relations Consultant for Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park and Owner and Executive Director for Oldest Wooden School House Historic Museum and Gardens, are inviting all Historic City News readers to join “Team Tourism” when they volunteer to be celebrity waiters for the 19th annual “Tips for Kids Sake”.
The dining and entertainment will be from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. tomorrow evening, Tuesday, February 4th at the Raintree Restaurant, located at 102 San Marco Avenue in Uptown St Augustine. Call 904-824-7211 now to make your reservation.
“Please allow us the pleasure of serving you for this great cause, as all tips are donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters of St Johns County,” Adam and Elaine told local Historic City News reporters today. “Even if you’re dining elsewhere, remember that the Raintree is a great place to grab desserts or drinks afterwards and you can still participate.”
Shockey added that, if you’re unable to attend, you can make a donation for “Team Tourism” by calling the Raintree (904-824-7211) and letting him and Elaine know.
“We will earn your tips for Big Brothers and Big Sisters by greeting you with a smile, dazzling you with great customer service, enticing you to enjoy a delicious meal with a superb wine, and extending our heartfelt thanks for giving generously,” Fraser added.
