Brittany McDermott informed local Historic City News reporters that on Saturday night, October 25th, Anastasia State Park will be transformed into a frightful and fun enchanted forest; complete with an old-fashioned haunted hayride down one of the camping loops.
Countless spooks have been resurrected from their tombs and the State Park promises you will encounter lots of thrills at several of the sites.
“We will have other activities for our visitors Saturday night that will include music, food for sale, games, face painting, and lots of other fun,” McDermott told Historic City News. “In addition to the hayride, there will also be a scare-free option to walk the Enchanted Forest for a magical experience.”
Tickets will be sold the night of the event from 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. The cost is $10/person, which gets you one Haunted Hayride and one Enchanted Forest entrance — or you can purchase an Enchanted Forest only ticket for $5/person.
