Vilano Beach Overlay District Public Workshop

St. Johns County will be holding a public meeting/workshop regarding various amendments to the St. Johns County Comprehensive Plan and the Land Development Code on October 6th, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. in the first floor conference room of the Permit Center building at 4040 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine, FL 32084.

The discussion will cover subject matter regarding amendments to the Transfer of Development Rights (TDRs) policy within the Vilano Beach Overlay District.

If you will be attending, the County would like to generate a distribution list of names, phone numbers and emails so that we may reach out to the community more efficiently in matters regarding the North Coastal Overlay District.
