Tour St. Augustine and St. Augustine Black Heritage Tours owner Adam Shockey has invited Historic City News readers to join members of the Tourism and Hospitality Council of the St Johns County Chamber of Commerce tomorrow evening for a private showing of another great exhibit complimenting St. Augustine’s Civil Rights history.
The SJC Chamber of Commerce will introduce members and guests to the new exhibit “Honoring the Legacy: A Tribute to African-Americans in Golf” Wednesday June 4th, at the World Golf Hall of Fame from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
“As a strong supporter of the local Chamber and a St Johns County business advocate, just wanted to extend an invitation to welcome any and all Historic City News readers who might want to attend,” Shockey wrote. “We hope you can join us and enjoy yet another great exhibit; this private showing is free and open to both Chamber members and guests.”
