After the resignation of Jeremy Marquis, and subsequent resignation of Joseph Cronk, Historic City News watched Monday night as the St Augustine City Commission appointed Catherine A Duncan on a 3/2 split vote, to fill the immediate vacancy on the Historic Architectural Review Board.
The 54-year-old Duncan has lived in St Augustine since 1999, and is a practicing architect with her office located in Jacksonville.
