The St Johns Board of County Commissioners announced to Historic City News that a special meeting has been scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 12 at the St. Johns County Administration Building, 500 San Sebastian Dr.
This is the second and final opportunity for our readers to provide input to the commission about what expectations they have for management of their tax dollar during the next fiscal year.
County Administrator Michael D. Wanchick first introduced his plan for “rebalancing revenue with community expectations” during the public meeting held on January 27.
During that meeting, the Board discussed the FY-2016 budget and were given a presentation “FY-2016 and Beyond”
The presentation is available online. Read it in its entirety to prepare you for the final public hearing. Attend in person to participate in public comments. Contact your commissioners and share your priorities.
