Paul Williamson, director of public affairs for the City of St Augustine, informed local Historic City News reporters that the former director of the 450th Commemoration, Dana Ste. Claire, will appear on his Flagler College radio program, “The Break Room”.

As of September 30th, the 450th Commemoration department was disbanded. The staff, including Ste. Claire, had been given a six-week notice of termination. None of the 450th staff remained in other positions, according to the city manager’s office.

Williamson told reporters that Ste. Claire will share his memories of the biggest achievements of the entire multi-year program of events, exhibitions, lectures, educational outreach and celebrations.

The Break Room is heard Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 8:00am on Flagler College Radio, WFCF/88.5FM, or anytime, on-demand at www.BreakRoom.info.
