February gathering announced by Romanza

Historic City News readers are invited to attend Romanza’s “Gatherings” held on the second Tuesday of the month. The next date is Tuesday, February 10th from 5:00-7:00pm at The Corazon Cinema & Café, 36 Granada Street, downtown.

Owner Karla Wagner assures everyone that there is plenty of free parking on site as well as across the street behind the Lightner Museum. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available.

“These Gathering mixers are a unique and comfortable opportunity for the creative community to socialize, communicate and share ideas and information,” said Anne Kraft, Gathering Coordinator. “You’ll meet fascinating people from St. Augustine’s Arts, Culture, Heritage, Attractions and Business organizations.”

Returning as the featured entertainer will be David Lee Redding. David is a talented multi-faceted performer having been on stage with many national artists in the rock, R&B and even operatic genres. He currently is a studio producer and private tutor for students of all ages in voice, guitar, piano and bass. For this Gathering, he will perform an eclectic mix of flamenco, jazz, Latin, R&B fusion styles.

This networking program is open to all individuals and cultural organizations, members and non-members alike.
