Historic City News readers in St Augustine love souvenirs. Less than 90-days after more than a 4-year buildup, and as many millions of public tax-dollars in spending, the City of St Augustine has begun auctioning off some of the remnants of the 450th Commemoration.
The purchasing department has listed five of the hundreds of banners and posters that were manufactured to promote the last of several attempts at branding the most over-promised and under-delivered project in the local government’s history.
