
Historic City News was informed by Chairman Lance Thate, that the featured speaker at the next meeting of the Saint Augustine Tea Party will be Derek Boyd Hankerson.
An author, director and producer, with Freedom Road Productions, Hankerson serves as Vice Chairman of the Putnam County Tea Party, having reached a limit after two consecutive terms as chairman.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2015, at the Village Inn, 900 North Ponce de Leon Boulevard in St. Augustine at 6:30 p.m.

After a brief business meeting, Hankerson will lead a discussion of impressions from the recent GOP presidential candidate debates. A straw poll will be taken to measure the Tea Party member’s interest in each Republican candidate who participated.
Later this month, Constitutional Conservative Rosetta V. Bailey, will present a program on First Coast Vision, Regionalization of Northeast Florida.
That meeting will be held Tuesday, August 25, 2015.
