St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Kevin Kelshaw alerted local Historic City News reporters that deputies are searching for one suspect following a shooting death of at least one victim.

The shooting happened at a residence near World Golf Village this morning.

Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle are all under hard lock down, with no one allowed in or out according to Christina Langston with the St. Johns County School District.
