State Representative Ronald “Doc” Renuart announced to Historic City News that the St Johns County Legislative Delegation will hold an organizational meeting and general legislative public hearing on Wednesday, February 25th at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting, being held in the St Johns County Commission Chambers, located at 500 San Sebastian View, St Augustine, is to elect a new Chair and Vice Chair of the St Johns County Delegation.
All Historic City News readers are invited to attend. The delegation will take public testimony on legislative issues, appropriations, and general comments.
Anyone wishing information on procedures or to be placed on the February 26th official agenda is invited to call Legislative Aide John Kotyk at (850) 717-5017 no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, February 23rd.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Chapter 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons in need of special accommodations to participate in the meeting, including agendas, interpreters or assisted listening devices, shall contact the office of Representative Ronald “Doc” Renuart no later than Thursday, February 19th so that accommodations can be satisfied.
