Target shoplifter sought by police

Posted on 01/11/201501/12/2015 By Historic City News

400-SAPD-LOGO-POLICE-DEPTA man was caught on surveillance video inside the local Target as he took a cellular telephone and a backpack, then left the store without paying for the merchandise.

St Augustine Police Sergeant Pat McCaulley told Historic City News that investigators are hoping a reader will recognize the man shown in this photograph as he left the Target located on South Ponce de Leon Boulevard.

“The backpack he is wearing is the stolen item,” McCaulley said. “He placed the cell phone inside of it.”

If you have information about this crime or can identify the man in this surveillance photograph, or know his whereabouts, please call St Augustine Police at 904-825-1092.
