Joy Andrews became the new assistant St. Johns County administrator of community services in August 2015 after Jerry Cameron announced his retirement.
Ms. Andrews, who has close to 10 years of experience with St. Johns County, started as a budget analyst in the county management and budget office, before moving to a finance and contract management position with the Health and Human Services Department. Before St. Johns County, Ms. Andrews worked for the city of Junction City, Kansas, in a housing program for low-income families.
As our new assistant St. Johns County administrator, she will be addressing several important issues that will affect the future of our community.
