Letter: We need someone with a backbone in Washington

Dear Historic City News readers:

We know the story. Congress is broken. Barack Obama has sabotaged our future, and weakened our national security. The Republican political elites in Congress have gone along and let him do it.

I’m running for Congress to put an end to that nonsense and make sure we have a backbone in Washington. We need someone who’s done more than just run for re-election – we need someone with a proven record in the private sector of tackling tough problems, speaking their mind, and creating jobs.

I’ve created jobs, cut taxes and run a successful business.

We can fix what’s wrong with Washington, but I can’t do it alone.
