McClure installed to Board of Trustees for Association of Counties

Commissioner McClure fills the seat vacated by Commissioner Rachael Bennett who has decided not to seek re-election to her seat in District 5.

“Since being elected in 2012, Commissioner McClure has passionately served his constituents at home, as well as Florida’s counties through his participation on various FAC committees,” said R. Scott Shalley, Executive Director of the Association.

McClure is a graduate of the Association’s Certified County Commissioner and Advanced County Commissioner programs.

Outside of public life, Commissioner McClure runs Medi Companies in St. Augustine as its President and CEO. He is also a dedicated foster parent and Guardian ad Litem.
