Notification of Sexual Predator: Joshua Lee Cummings

In accordance with Florida State Statute 775.21, Historic City News hereby gives public notice that the St Johns County Sheriff’s Office received information that a person judged to be a sexual predator has moved to an address within St Johns County.

The name of the sexual predator is Joshua Lee Cummings. He will be residing at 306 E. Cochran Ave., Hastings. Cummings is a white male, 42-years of age, 5’11” tall, 210 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Cummings was sentenced to four years in prison in 1998 on a charge of lewd & lascivious battery upon a victim under 16 years of age. He moved to St. Johns County from Lee County and is classified as a Sexual Predator.
