St. Johns County Planning and Zoning Division advised Historic City News that the controversial Comprehensive Plan Amendment request from The Watermarke was resubmitted today, September 1, 2016.
As part of the Comp Plan Amendment request (COMPAMD 2016-03), Watermarke has requested a Major Modification (MAJMOD 2016-06) reflecting the changes discussed at the Planning and Zoning Agency hearing held on August 4, 2016.
According to Chief Planner Danielle Handy, AICP, the Comprehensive Plan Amendment request is scheduled to be heard by the Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, September 20th.
“For your convenience, all resubmittal documents have been published online.” Handy told local reporters. “Please follow the instructions below to access the revised documents.”
1.Visit the following website http://webapp.sjcfl.us/applications/sbmtlmgmtweb/ProjSearch.aspx
2.When the website opens, click on “Project Search” and under “Proj Name”, enter “The Watermarke.”
3.Look for application name/number MAJMOD 2016-06 and click “View.” From there, click on “Images” and you can see the Master Development Plan Text and Map that have been submitted.
4.Look for application name/number COMPAMD 2016-03 and click “View.” From there, click on “Images” and you can see the relevant documents that have been submitted.
