The St. Johns County Tourist Development Council is hosting a series of focus group meetings to obtain input from various sectors of the tourism industry, Historic City News readers and the general public.
Information gathered throughout the series of meetings will help the Tourist Development Council develop a five-year Strategic Plan program for tourism in St. Johns County.
“Participants will have an opportunity to engage in interactive discussions and share their views on local tourism,” Dena Masters told local reporters.
PLANNED MEETINGS:
- Attractions Representatives Focus Group – 1 to 3 p.m. on September 12 at the Health and Human Services Building, 200 San Sebastian View.
- Arts, Culture, and Heritage Representatives Focus Group – 1 to 3 p.m. on September 13 at the Health and Human Services Building, 200 San Sebastian View.
- Lodging Industry Representatives Focus Group – 1 to 3 p.m. on September 14 at St. Augustine Beach City Hall, 2200 A1A Beach Blvd.
- Community Associations and General Public Focus Group – 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on September 14 at the County Administration Building, 500 San Sebastian View.
