Hastings roads closed HISTORIC CITY NEWS

St. Johns County Road and Bridge Division Project Manager Jeff Pearson reported to Historic City News that the intersection of East Carter Street and Wilson Road in Hastings will be closed Wednesday and Thursday, May 20th and 21st.

This closure is necessary in order to allow St. Johns County to replace a cross culvert.

During the closure detour signs will direct motorists in the following manner:

Carter Street will be closed from East Street to Wilson Road, although local traffic (homeowners) will be able to access their Carter Street property from East Street.

General traffic traveling east on Carter Street will be permitted to turn north or south on Wilson Road. Drivers are asked to plan routes accordingly and drive safely.
