St. Johns County beach access on the south side of the St. Augustine Pier is closed for repairs, effective immediately, to repair steps damaged from high tides due to recent weather.
Construction will be take place throughout Thursday and Friday, as tides permit, and access will be restored by Saturday morning.
Alternative beach access is available at Pope Road Parking area, 16th Street, City of St. Augustine Beach Parking on 10th Street and the vehicle ramp at A Street.
