Kids LEGO Brick Club
Wednesday, September 2 @ 3:30-5 pm – It’s hot out and you need something to do. Come to the library to play with over 60 pounds of LEGO bricks and pieces! We supply the LEGO bricks and fun… all you need is your imagination.
Anastasia Island Movie Club
Tuesday, September 6 @ 5:30 pm – Come see this Oscar winning film. Though poorly educated, a local postman learns to love poetry and eventually befriends the famous poet, Neruda. Struggling to grow and express himself, he suddenly falls in love and needs Neruda’s help and guidance more than ever. Wednesday, September 7 @ 2 pm – School’s out, so bring your friends and come to the library to get your game on! We’ll have games chosen by our teens on both X-Box and Wii! All games are rated T and up. Ages 12+

A Disney Family Movie
Friday, September 9 @ 3:30 pm – (PG) In this movie, stories unfold at one high school as prom approaches. For Nova Prescott, it’s a battle of wills as she finds herself drawn to the guy who gets in the way of her perfect prom. Early Release Event: “Candy Sushi”
Wednesday, September 14 @ 2:30–4 pm – Kids, tweens, and teens come on over to the library to make some beautiful candy art, which happens to look just like sushi. The best part is you get to eat it when you’re done!
Women’s Conference
Saturday, September 17 @ 10 am-4 pm – The library is partnering with Haven Hospice to present the day-long Women’s Conference. Topics include managing the Social Security maze, making choices for the future, dealing with retirement choices, and much more! To RSVP, please call Haven Hospice at 904-810-2377.
