This is a juried show that will showcase outstanding artists and craftsmen from Florida and around the country. All work must be of original design and produced by the exhibiting artist or a two-person collaboration.

Contemporary Art Exhibitions Funded (Deadline: March 1)
The Emily Hall Tremaine Foundation’s Exhibition Award supports innovative art exhibitions throughout the United States that challenge convention through the exploration of critical ideas in contemporary art. Awards are intended to fund exhibitions at the beginning stage of their development and to provide the curator with the support needed to fully explore the concept and realize the exhibition. New! National Dance Project Production Grants (Deadline: March 1)
The National Dance Project (NDP) production grants fund the creation of new dance works that will tour nationally by supporting costs incurred through the artistic development of the work. Grants generally range from $25,000 to $40,000 and are awarded to approximately 20 dance projects each year. Eligible projects should involve a creative and dynamic partnership with one or more U.S. presenter partners in the development of the work. Visit here for more info.

Creative Capital Grants for Artists
On February 1, 2012, Creative Capital will begin to accept online Letters of Inquiry for grants in Emerging Fields, Literature and Performing Arts. The Letter of Inquiry Form for Film/Video and Visual Arts is now closed; however, the Letter of Inquiry Form for Emerging Fields, Performing Arts and Literature will open on February 1, 2012, and will be open until March 1.
To be eligible to apply, an artist must be:
* A U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident
* At least 25 years old
* A working artist with at least five years of professional
experience
* Not a full-time student

Ms. Melika Lux and Ms. Ellen Marini will be the featured artists. They come to us from the Voice Studio of Sonia Lewis. These wonderful singers will be performing works of Mozart, Schubert, Delibes, Gounod and others. Don’t miss the talent of these lovely young ladies.
