Historic City News readers following the case of 19-year-old Christopher Daniel Holt, one of fifteen men arrested in Operation “No Soliciting” on March 20, 2013, will see the trial wrap up this morning when closing statements begin at 9:30 a.m. in Judge Traynor’s courtroom.
Holt, who is in the US Navy, living at 7508 Wycombe Dr. N., in Jacksonville, was arrested during the multiple agency operation undertaken by the North Florida Internet Crimes against Children Task Force. He has been out on $75,000 bail since 5 days after his arrests for:
Ct. 1: Use computer service to seduce/solicit a child (F)
Ct. 2: Obscene communication travel to meet after use computer to lure a child (F)
Ct. 3: Use a two way device to facilitate a felony (F)
Those agencies participating in the sting operation included the F.B.I., the US Marshal Task Force, F.D.L.E., Office of the State Attorney 7th Judicial Circuit, the Sheriff’s Offices of St Johns, Alachua, Volusia, Clay and Brevard Counties as well as the Gainesville, Daytona Beach and Tallahassee Police Departments.
