A “Farm to Fork” brunch, using locally sourced products, will be prepared by Chef David Bearl and served on Sunday, April 19th at 9:30 a.m., during the 20th Anniversary of St Augustine’s Flower and Garden Expo; a fundraiser for EPIC Behavioral Healthcare.
The Farm to Fork Spring Brunch will allow patrons a delightful culinary event and then they have the opportunity to stroll through the Expo where everything to beautify yards and gardens will be available.
Menu items include Primavera Quiche, Hastings O’Brien Potatoes, Alpha Vegetable Broccoli Salad. To see the full menu and to order tickets.
Tickets to the Brunch are $25 per person and include admission to the Flower and Garden Expo. All proceeds from the Expo and the Brunch benefit EPIC Behavioral Healthcare which has been providing substance abuse and mental health treatment in St. Johns County since 1973. Activities include the history of the area’s gardening and culinary heritage, and brings in a wide variety of growers, nurseries and garden-related artisans. Lectures are offered throughout the Expo. This year’s schedule includes:

The popular Flower and Garden Expo, the Garden Club of St. Augustine’s Horticulture Show, and the Piece-Makers Guild’s Quilt Show, runs Saturday, April 18th from 9-5 and Sunday, April 19th from 10-4.
The events take place at the St. Johns County Agricultural Center.
