Becky Reichenberg announced to local Historic City News reporters that this evening’s meeting of the St. Johns Federation of Republican Women will be in a guest location at the St. Johns County Republican Party Headquarters located at 164 San Marco Avenue in St. Augustine.
“We will have Hors D’oeuvres and beverages of your choice — all complimentary just for you being you,” Reichenberg said. “There will be a 6:30 p.m. social with the meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m.”
Special guest speaker School District Superintendent Joe Joyner will speak to the participants concerning Amendment 8 (class size requirements) and the Educational Referendum that will both be on the November 2nd ballot. Two extremely important topics to our county.
“We will talk about volunteer opportunities at our HQ,” according to Reichenberg. “Since this is our first meeting of the fall, let’s really put an extra effort to be there and bring a friend.”
Men, as always, please join us!
Reichenberg along with other board members Debbie Newton, Debi Lumley, Lynn Abbott and Sherry Davidson say, “There is much work and information for us to absorb and we need to be informed voters.”
