LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD – One (1) Vacancy
Qualifications: Seeking representation from County Commission District 3.
Meeting schedule: Meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 9:30 am in the Board Room of the Southeast Branch Library, 6670 US 1 South.
Application Submission Deadline: February 6, 2009
LAND ACQUISITION AND MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (LAMP) – One (1) Vacancy
Qualifications: Prefer experience or expertise in one or more of the following fields: agriculture, archaeology, business/finance, eco-tourism, environmental planning, history, natural science, parks, recreation, real estate, soils or hydrologic engineering.
Meeting schedule: Meets on the 4th Thursday of each month at 3:30 pm in Conference Room A and B of the County Permit Center, 4040 Lewis Speedway.

HISTORIC RESOURCE REVIEW BOARD – One (1) Vacancy
Qualifications: Seeking appointees qualified through the demonstration of special interest, experience or education in the preservation of the County’s historic resources and those that have practical and professional experience in one or more of the following fields: archaeology, architecture, architectural history, history or historic preservation.
Meeting schedule: Meets the 1st Monday of each month at 3:30 pm in Conference Room 2A of the County Permit Center, 4040 Lewis Speedway.

HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL – Three (3) Vacancies
Qualifications: Members must be a registered voter in St. Johns County. The members shall be two (2) professionals preferably from the disciplines of Health, Mental Health, Substance Abuse or Social Services.
Meeting schedule: Meets on-call as needed during application review period and on the next to the last Thursday of each month at 4:30 pm in the Mental Health Conference Room, 1955 US 1 South.
