Ben Franklin in town for Election Day

Historic City News has learned that Benjamin Franklin will spend Election Day November 4th at several St. Augustine polls beginning at 10:00 a.m.

According to an announcement from Connie Gay, Franklin is scheduled to make appearances at The Riverview Club, SE Branch Library (US1South), St. Augustine Beach City Hall, Elks Lodge, Willie Galimore Center (Lincolnville), West King St. Fire Station and Prosperity Bank (Castillo/US1).

Dreamland Productions in St. Augustine is coordinating the event. They provide a fully costumed and historically accurate Ben Franklin (or Betsy Ross) to entertain at functions with portable experiments or charmingly funny stories about America past & present.
